Customer process

STS specialize in OEM/ODM customized stage lightings for European and American brand customers. As a professional manufacturer,STS want to provide the most satisfactory products for our customers.So we need to communicate product ideas with customers firstly, then test sample, and finally mass production and delivery.In general, the customization process includes the following. If you want to customize the lighting for your brand, please contact us.

1. Customer conversation

Customer offer the draft idea about the product. such as the shape and requestedmeasurement,

special the function and effect. we will make the combination to develop the suitable & advantage

new models to customer.

2. R&D process

CAD, PRO E to issue the relative drawing, as well as the firmware writting
3D print for the plastic housing, and laser cutting for metal parts.
Sample assembling according whole drawing file folder.

3. Sample testing

First testing for each DMX channel and fucntion.Special for the movment like XY

and other motor, as well as all function run together in smooth & fast.
In the meantime go ahead in safety testing, such as 24 hours running,

heating test in 8 hours under 45 degree. IP products need water proof testing.

4. CE and other testing

Follow up customer and market request, we will send the sample for CE,

ETL, UL, CB, ROHS testing.
Such as safety,Harmonic, Conduction and Radiation. all testing data can

be in tracking.as well as the certificate and testing report.

5. Sample delivery and testing

Strong and careful packing to ensure no any damage during transportation.
Track sample status from courier web-site unitl customer receive
Receive testing report,make improvement if needed or finalize it
Keep the sample as mass-production example
